1 tsp oil/ghee
Water as required for kneading

how to make Paneer Paratha

Paneer Stuffing

  1. Add crumbled paneer to a small mixing bowl.
    1. Add chilli powder, salt, garam masala, aamchur powder, ginger, and coriander leaves.
    2. Stir thoroughly and set aside.

 Chapathi / Paratha Dough

  1. Pour wheat flour and salt in a large mixing bowl.
    1. Add water and knead the dough for 5 minutes.
  2. Grease the dough with a tsp of oil and set aside for at least 20 minutes.

 Assembling and Rolling Paneer Paratha

  1. Pinch a medium sized ball of dough.
    1. Roll the dough until it is about 5 inches in diameter.
    2. Place the prepared stuffing in the center.
  2. Grab the edge and start pleating the dough to the center.
    1. Press the pleats from center.
  3. Sprinkle flour and roll the dough to a chapati size.

 Roasting Paneer Paratha

  1. Place the rolled paratha on a hot tava and cook it on both sides.
    1. Add oil / ghee and press slightly.
  2. Serve hot and enjoy!
