    Ingredients

    How to make Nachos

    1. Sauté chopped onion and garlic until translucent. Add tofu, taco seasoning. and salt. Stir to combine and add beans. Add a splash of water to cook the tofu through. Turn of the heat.
    2. Add chopped tomato, avocado, and lime juice. Stir to combine. Drizzle sour cream on top and serve. 
    1. Garnish with tomato and the avocado. Also, pour the sour cream over it. Mix well. 
    1. Spread tortilla chips over a large plate. Add the tofu toppings in generous amounts. Enjoy!
