1 tbsp mint leaves
1 chili- green
1 tsp chilli powder- red
1/4 tsp turmeric
1 potato- boiled
salt to taste
1 clove
1/2 tsp cinnamon- powdered
1 cup oil
1/2 cup bread- crumbs

How to make Mutton Cutlet

  • Add ginger, garlic, onion, coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilies, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cloves and cinnamon powder in a bowl and mix everything well.
  • Mash and pour the potato and mix well with other ingredients.
  • Add the mutton, sprinkle salt to taste and sauté everything well.
  • Make the mutton mixture into small balls and set the balls aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the balls one after the other.
  • Place fried balls in a plate with tissues to absorb excess oil. Serve with sauce.
