Ingredients
- 1 cup basmati rice
- 200 g fresh button mushrooms – chopped into big or cut into halves
- 2 medium onions--sliced
- 2 green chillies - slit
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tomato
- 1 tbsp curd
- 1 handful coriander leaves
- 1 handful mint leaves
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- salt as needed
- Spice powder
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 2 tsp coriander powder
- 2 tsp biryani masala
Seasoning :
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 cloves
- 1 cardamom
- Cinnamon -small piece
