We’ve all been told that chicken is healthy to eat. But why is that the case, and does that include all chicken dishes? Well the answer is, yes, there are health benefits available in almost all chicken dishes. The chicken itself contains prodigious amounts of protein, which makes it great for repairing damaged cells in the body, recovering from fatigue, repairing muscle tissue damage, and helping to maintain weight loss. But chicken’s true strength lies in what you add or don’t add to it.
