    How to make Moutabel

    • Heat the oven, place eggplants on baking sheet, roast till eggplants become tender, remove from heat and allow eggplants to cool down.
    • Peel the skins of eggplants and spoon eggplants from skin and set aside.
    • Add and blend tahini, garlic, peppers, eggplants to make it smooth in a food processor. Stir in olive oil and miss thoroughly.
    • Pour into a serving bowl, garnish with lemon juice, salt, and serve at once.
