How to make Masala Rice

  1. Splutter mustard seeds, curry leaves, and cumin, add onion and sauté until translucent.
  2. Follow up with chili and stir for about 30 seconds.
  3. Add chopped tomato and stir until mushy.
  4. Add all the spice powder and condiments and give the mixture a quick stir.
  5. Fold in cooked rice and ensure the masala coats the rice evenly.
  6. Stir for 2 -3 minutes
  7. Turn of the heat, garnish with coriander leaves, and enjoy!

Trivia
