Kadai chicken is chicken prepared in a kadai or kaharhi. The kadai is a type of deep, thick, and circular cooking pot that is very similar to a wok. It originated in India and has spread through the subcontinent, Asia, and the Middle East. The kadai is great for preparing stews due to its depth. This chicken kadhai recipe wondrously highlights the strength of cooking in a kadhai; if you don’t have one, you can make due with a reasonable large pot.

Health Benefits

Chicken is one of those most common ingredients eaten in the world for many reasons; it’s affordable, widely available, and has a prodigious health profile. Regularly consuming chicken provides your body with lean protein. The protein is crucial for maintaining good growth and development because protein is the main component used in cell construction and repair. The low fat content of the chicken ensures that you will receive all the benefits of the protein without having to worry about the fat content found in some other meats.
