    How to Make It

    1. Warm a mug with hot water.
    2. Pour the hot coffee into a warmed mug so that it is no more than 3/4 full.
    3. Add the brown sugar. Stir to dissolve the sugar. Add the Irish whiskey. Stir well again.
    4. Gently spoon the whipped cream on top.
    5. Serve at once.


    Irish Coffee is claimed to have been created in the 1940’s by a chef in a restaurant on an airbase in County Limerick, Ireland.
