Health Benefits

This hoagie dip recipe has a lot of ingredients, each one with its own set of health benefits. While each one is worth investigating, the onion is possibly the most important due to the recipe requiring the use of such a large quantity of onions. Consuming onions provides your body with many minerals like calcium, magnesium, potassium, and selenium. They work together to improve your overall oral health, manage diabetes, and maintain cardiovascular health.
