- 3 boneless chicken breast
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 pound smoked sausage
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 5 tbsp margarine
- 1 Onion
- 8 clove of garlic
- 1 green bell pepper
- 3 Celery stalks - chopped
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ bunches flat leaf parsley (leaves along with stem chopped roughly, also some chopped leaves for garnish)
- 4 cups hot water
- 5 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 stewed tomatoes with juice
- 2 cups frozen sliced okra
- 4 green onions
- 1/2 pound shrimp (small, peeled, deveined, and cooked)
- salt and pepper – as needed
