Ingredients

How to Make Gnocchi Bake

  1. Boil a pot of water and preheat the broiler or grill.
  2. Heat a nonstick pan and add the oil.
  3. Add the leeks and carrots to the oil and cook over a medium heat.
  4. Stir frequently for about five minutes or until the leeks have softened.
  5. Put the gnocchi in the boiled water and cook according to package instructions.
  6. Add the cooked chicken to the pan with the leeks and carrots and stir well.
  7. Add the can of mushroom soup to the pan along with the garlic powder and parsley.
  8. Stir to combine.
  9. Add the cooked and drained gnocchi.
  10. Softly stir to coat the gnocchi in the other ingredients.
  11. Transfer to an oven proof dish.
  12. Sprinkle with the cheese and put under the broiler/grill until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  13. Serve with a salad or green veggies.

Trivia

Gnocchi is considered a dumpling.
