How to Make Eggless Mayonnaise

Method of Preparation:

  1. Toss some cream into a bowl and add mustard paste, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  2. Whip all the ingredients together into a smooth mixture and some oil.
  3. Continue to whip the mixture as you keep adding more oil.

That right there is your eggless mayonnaise.

Remember that you are at liberty to use more than a pinch of salt, depending on your palette and health requirements. Lack of eggs doesn’t really affect the taste of eggless mayonnaise, because cream does a pretty good job of making your mayonnaise as delicious as regular mayonnaise. When you’re expecting visitors and unsure if there are any vegans among them, eggless mayonnaise is a safe bet. There is also no need to worry if you make an excess of this dish--you can trust that it will last a lot longer than conventional mayonnaise!
