    2. Add the bread crumbs and parmesan cheese to a large plate, mix them together and keep aside.
    3. Add boneless chicken chunks, oats, parsley, salt, onion powder and garlic powder in a food processor and pulse until the chicken is finely chopped and everything is combined well.
    4. Transfer the chicken mixture to a clean bowl.
    5. Moisten your hands with water and take about 1 tbsp of chicken mixture in your hands and flatten it into a nugget shape.
    6. Then gently place the nuggets on to the breadcrumbs and coat each side.
    7. Place the nuggets on a metal cooling rack and place the rack on a foil lined baking sheet.
    8. Spray the nuggets with cooking spray lightly and put them in the oven. Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
    9. Serve immediately with condiments of your choice.

Note: If you would like to freeze the nuggets then after step 6 transfer the nuggets on a baking sheet and place the sheet in the freezer for 1-2 hours. Then remove the nuggets from the tray and place them in a zip lock bag for later use for up to 3 months. When you are ready to use them, thaw them and follow instructions on step 7 and 8.
