Chicken lollipops are a popular appetizer in Indo-Chinese cuisine. Essentially, it is a frenched chicken winglet made to look like a lollipop by cutting the meat loose from the bone end and tucking it down to have a lollipop appearance. They’re fun to eat, because they are bite-sized finger foods with their own built in handle. The bone handle lets you keep your hands relatively clean of the spicy but sometimes messy red sauce that covers the lollipop.
Packing this for lunch? Make sure you carry it in an insulated tiffin box or storage container.
