How to make Chicken Lollipops

  1. Add 3 to 4 tbsp yogurt to a bowl.
    1. Whisk it.
    2. Add 1 ¼ cup water and salt.
  2. Add chicken and soak 1 hour to overnight to tenderize the chicken.
  3. Drain the buttermilk and applytheMarinade ingredients except for the corn flour.
    1. Mix well.
    2. Add corn flour mixed with salt.
  4. Fry or grill the chicken in oven until cooked.
    1. Add 1.5 tsp oil for seasoning and heat it.
    2. Sauté ginger garlic until aromatic.
    3. Cook onions until transparent.
  5. While the onions cook make a paste of red chili powder with 1.5 tbsp water.
    1. Add vinegar and soya sauce.
    2. Add red chili paste and sugar.
    3. Sauté just for a while.
  6. Add water and cook till the sauce thickens.
  7. Add drummettes.
  8. Garnish chicken lollipop with coriander or celery.
