4 cups water
1 tsp ginger – finely chopped
1 tsp garlic – finely chopped
1 tsp green chilies – finely chopped
1 tbsp coriander leaves – finely chopped
2 tbsp cabbage – finely chopped
2 tbsp capsicum – finely chopped
2 tbsp mushrooms – finely chopped
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp soya sauce
4 tbsp corn flour mixed with 1 cup water
3 tbsp oil
salt to taste

How to make Baby Corn Soup

  • Stir fry the ginger, green chilies, coriander leaves, and garlic for 2 mins.
  • Add the corn, vegetables (not including the cabbage), pepper, and salt then stir-fry for another 2-3 mins.
  • Add the water, soya sauce, and salt.
    • Let the soup boil.
  • Reduce the heat and add the corn flour mixed with water.
    • Stir the mixture constantly until it thickens slightly.
    • Add the cabbage.
  • Remove from heat and serve immediately.
