How to make Watermelon Lemonade

  1. Place the watermelon cubes into a blender.
  2. Cover the blender and puree until smooth.
  3. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve.
  4. Boil sugar and 1/2 cup of water in a saucepan at a medium-high heat until the sugar dissolves.
    • Remove pan from the heat.
  1. Stir in the lemon juice and 3 cups of cold water.
  2. Divide the ice into 12 glasses.
    • Scoop 2 - 3 tbsps of watermelon puree over the ic
    • Top with the lemonade.
  1. Gently stir before serving.
