- 5-6 cups vegetable stock
- 5-6 swiss chard leaves
- 5-6 cloves minced garlic
- 2 cans cannellini beans
- 2 cans tomato puree
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp cayenne
- 2 tsp Dried oregano
- salt to taste
- freshly ground black pepper powder – to taste
- 10-12 spinach leaves
- grated parmesan cheese – as needed
