Ingredients
- 3 garlic cloves--chopped
- 1 cup cooked basmati rice
- 3 stem medium spring onions--chopped
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 onions—chopped
- 1 carrot, chopped
- 1-2 tablespoon chili sauce
- 1/2 capsicum – chopped
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 cup paneer--crumbled
- 5 beans--chopped
- 2 tablespoon vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper--crushed
- salt to taste

Note: Be careful when you add salt, because there is a considerable amount of salt in the soy sauce.
