- 1 medium carrot – about ½ cup shredded
- 3 cups shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup capsicum – julienned
- 2 sprigs of spring onions – white & green separated
- 1-2 tsp olive oil
- 1-2 tsp soya sauce
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1/4-1/2 tsp pepper – powdered or crushed
- 5-6 spring roll wrappers
- 1 cup oil
- salt to taste
How to Make Mixed Spring Rolls
Note: Check the oil temperature by dropping a small portion of wrapper in the oil. It will rise if the oil is sufficiently hot.
1.Add the rolls in hot oil and cook evenly by stirring until they turn a golden color.
2.Drain them on kitchen tissue.
