How to make Luchi

  1. Combine flour, clarified butter, and salt together and knead the mixture into a soft dough by adding water in batches.
  2. Divide the dough into small balls and roll them out into round discs, which you may call puri.
  3. Deep fry each puri separately.
    1. Remove from oil when they turn creamish.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
