With so many options, why don’t you replace the breakfast staple–scrambled eggs–with something different, like an egg salad sandwich?

    Health Benefits:

Eggs are a rich source of Omega 3 fatty acids, protein, and other vitamins. Egg white is particularly helpful in muscle development and growing healthy hair. The good news is a boiled egg contains just about 80 calories! However, to further reduce calories, you may get rid of the egg yolk.
