  • Hard boil the eggs.
    • Peel the eggs and cut them in half.
  • Mix all the batter ingredients into a smooth paste.
  • Heat oil for deep frying.
    • Dip the halved eggs in the batter and fry them inside the hot oil till they turn golden.
  • Drain on to paper towels.
  • Serve with ketchup and enjoy!
