Ingredients

How to Make Dragon Prawns

  1. Mix prawns, corn flour, sugar, vinegar, chopped garlic & ginger, soya sauce, MSG, chilli flakes, chili sauce in a bowl, making sure to thoroughly coat the prawns.
  2. Apply the butter to the top of the spring roll sheet.
  3. Sprinkle some bread crumbs over them and cut them into thin strips.
  4. Wrap the prawns well with two strips.
  5. Place the wrapped prawns in the basket and fry them for 7 minutes.
  6. Serve and enjoy!

Prawns have 10 legs.
