    How to Make Hamburger

    1. In a large bowl, add the ground beef, egg, minced onion, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, ½ teaspoon of salt, and ¼ teaspoon of pepper, mix this until it is well combined. Divide this mixture into 4 equal sizes and begin forming into patties that are 4 inches wide.
    2. Oil a barbeque grill on top of a layer of hot coals (or high heat on a gas grill), and lay your burgers on it. Let the burgers cook; turn them only once, until both the sides have browned and are not pink on either side, this takes 7 to 8 minutes. Take them off the grill.
    3. Lay the cut side down of your buns on the hot grill and lightly toast them, only for 30 second to 1 minute.
    4. On the cut side, evenly spread the ketchup and mayonnaise. Add the lettuce, tomato, burger, onion, and salt and pepper to taste. Top it off with the other bun.
