Aloe vera is one of the best solutions for your skin. It does just about everything that you need in order to keep your skin healthy. That’s what makes it great for summer, a time when the weather can be harsh on your skin. The harsh sun may burn your skin, or the humidity may result in your skin becoming oily and clogged with dirt and other pathogens. Aloe vera can help you address all of these issues and more. Try some of these homemade aloe vera solutions and take care of your skin the natural way.

  1. Aloe Vera And Cucumber Pack

Aloe vera and cucumber are both over 90% water which makes them amazing moisturizing agents right off the back. Simply blend together aloe vera gel, a few cucumber slices, and a few drops of lemon juice. Apply the mixture to your face and let it sit for 20 minutes before rinsing it off with cold water.

  1. Aloe Vera, Honey, And Banana Pack

This is a great moisturizing solution for summer when the humidity can make your skin oily. Simply mix aloe vera gel, a few slices of banana, and a teaspoon of honey together. Gently massage the mixture into your skin before rinsing it off with lukewarm water.

  1. Aloe Vera And Olive Oil Pack

This is one of the best packs to use to treat extremely dry skin. Aloe Vera is of course a natural moisturizing agent, but the olive oil also helps to lock in the moisture. Mix the gel from an aloe leaf with a dash of olive oil and let it sit on your skin overnight. You will wake up with your skin being smooth, soft, and supple.

  1. Aloe Vera, Almond Oil, and Rose Water Pack

If the selenium content of your skin is going out of control and you find your skin to be too oily, then this is the best pack for you. The almond oil and aloe vera help hydrate your skin and the rose water restores it. Mix some aloe vera gel, rose water, and almond oil into a bowl. Apply the mixture to your skin for 15 minutes then rinse it off for best results.
