Trivia

Much like the famed pizza, lasagna is also perceived to have originated in Italy. Historical records do corroborate that the recipe was originally prepared in the City of Naples. Some people have been able to trace lasagna as far back as the Ancient Greeks.

Weird Al Yankovic, a popular artist, once did a parody of the song “La Bamba” by calling it “Lasagna”.
