How to make Matbucha

  • Cook and stir in a saucepan tomato, garlic and pepper on a medium heat for 10 minutes.
  • Pour in oil, paprika, salt, and pepper when the vegetables are soft but it is when the liquid has evaporated that the matbucha will be ready.
  • Serve at once.

Tomatoes are nutritious and edible but don’t try to eat their leaves because they are toxic and harmful to human health.
