Summer fruits and your skin
- Papaya pack: Blend 1 tbsp cold milk, 1 cup ripe papaya, and 2 tsp honey well. Form a thick paste and apply this pack over your face and neck. Leave it for a while and wash off very gently with cold water. You’ll be surprised at the results!
- Pineapple pack: Blend 2 tsp lemon juice, 2 tsp honey, and 1 tbsp pineapple well. Form a thick paste and apply it gently all over your face. Leave it for some 15 minutes and wash off with normal water gently. Pineapple is considered a great source of vitamin B-6 and C. It also comprises of natural exfoliating agents which ensure glowing skin.
- Orange pack: Oranges are great sources of vitamin C which plays an important role in keeping the skin rejuvenated and fresh. Blend 1 tsp apple cider vinegar, 1 tsp flour, and 1 tbsp fresh orange pulp juice together. Make a paste and apply it over your neck and the face.
- Mango pack: Mango is a rich source of vitamin C and antioxidants. These are essential when it comes to ensuring a youthful and glowing skin. Blend 1 tbsp fresh yogurt, 1 scoop mango pulp, and 1 tsp multani mitti in a blender. Apply the past on your face and leave it for some 15 minutes for an instant glow!
