    If you find yourself developing mouth ulcers or cracks in the corner of your mouth it may be due to a vitamin deficiency. In this case, it might be due to a vitamin B or iron deficiency.
  3. Bleeding Gums

    Your gums can be bleeding due to plaque and tartar build up or because you’re brushing too hard. It can also be due to the fact that you’re lacking vitamin C, Your body doesn’t make vitamin C by itself, so it is easy to encounter a vitamin C deficiency if you mess up your diet.
