Fish doesn’t just have omega-3 fatty acids; it also has plenty of vitamins, including vitamin D. Vitamin D helps to promote calcium absorption which builds strong bones and wards off conditions like osteoporosis or tooth decay. This is important when thinking of living a long life. The stronger your bones and faculties are, the more capable you will be able to live.
