Recent studies involving lab rats, has shown that taking caffeine in moderate amounts can have a positive effect on the libido. This has only been shown to be effective for people who do not regularly drink coffee. - Caffeine Reduces Pain
Caffeine has also been shown to be a natural pain reliever. If you drink the caffeine equivalent of 2 cups of coffee, you can effectively reduce your post gym workout muscle pain.
