Ingredients

prawns –cleaned, deveined, and washed: 250 g

cup onions – finely chopped: 1/4

green chillies, chopped finely: 2

tsp ginger garlic paste: 3

finely chopped tomato: 1

pinch turmeric powder: 1

tsp black pepper powder: 3

handful coriander leaves – finely chopped: 1

tbsp oil: 2

piece cinnamon: 3/4

tsp saunf: 1

A few curry leaves

salt to taste

How To Make Prawn Pepper Masala

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Cook the cinnamon, saunf, and curry leaves for 30 seconds.
    1. Add the onions and sauté until they turn to a golden color.
    2. Add the ginger garlic paste and stir-fry for a minute.
    3. Add the green chillies and tomatoes.
    4. Stir well and cook for another minute.
    5. Add the prawns, turmeric powder, and salt.

Note: Add 2-3 tbspwater as needed.

  1. When the gravy starts to thicken and prawns are cooked, sprinkle pepper powder and coriander leaves.
  2. Remove from stove.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
