Murgh malaiwala is a very healthy chicken dish. It is composed of ginger-garlic and cooked in milk to give it a unique flavor with creamy textures. This meal pairs well with rice or roti. it can even be eaten alone, depending on your tastes. Ingredients

cup cream: 1

green chilies--chopped: 3

chopped onion: 1

cup milk: 2 1/2

tsp green cardamom powder: 1

tsp chopped ginger: 1

tbsp coriander leaves – chopped: 2

tsp dry ginger powder: 1/2

tsp white pepper powder: 1

tsp kasoori methi: 1

tsp garam masala: 2

A pinch of saffron: 1

tsp almonds – chopped: 2

chicken drumsticks: 5

tsp ginger paste: 1

tsp garlic paste: 1

tsp white pepper powder: 2

black cardamom: 1

green cardamoms: 6-8

piece mace: 1

tsp cumin seeds: 2

cloves: 4-5

cinnamon: 1

black peppercorns: 4-5

dried rose petals: 6-7

How To Make Murgh Malaiwala

 Marinade: 

  1. Make small incisions into chicken drumsticks and marinate them with ginger-garlic pasteand white pepper for 30 minutes.

Garam Masala:

  1. Dry roast the ingredients for garam masala and grind them to a fine powder

Gravy:

  1. Heat a pan and add cream, onions, and green chilies and cook till the onions turn soft.
  2. Add milk and marinated chicken and stir to combine.
  3. Add green cardamom powder, chopped ginger, dry ginger powder, coriander leaves, white pepper powder, kasoori methi, garam masala, and a pinch of saffron and let simmer and cook for about 7-10 minutes
  4. Season with salt, garnish with chopped almonds, serve and enjoy!
