Ingredients

Indian Gooseberry: 8

Honey: 1 tbsp

chopped ginger: 10 gm

cumin seeds: 4 tsp

jaljeera powder: 5 g

cold water: 50 ml

Chopped coriander leaves: 10 g

How To Make Amla Juice

  1. Blend chopped gooseberry, ginger, and cumin seeds to make a smooth paste.
  2. Add water as required and blend into a juice consistency.
  3. Strain into a jar, add jaljeera powder, and refrigerate.
  4. Pour amla juice into tumbler glasses, garnish with coriander and serve.
  5. Also, store it in your insulated water bottle, so you can have a cup when you feel like it.
