Ingredients

large prawns - shelled and de-veined: 2 dozen

yogurt: 100 gm

Hung curd: 100 gm

lemon Juice: 2 tbsp

ginger paste: 1 tbsp

spring onion paste: 3 tbsp

Garam masala: 1 tsp

chili powder: 1 tsp

chopped coriander: 2 tbsp

chopped mint: 1 tbsp

tbsp of oil: 3

tsp of salt: 1

Tbsp of cream: 2

yogurt: 100 ml

tbsp of flour: 3

Eggs: 2

salt

tomatoes, peeled and finely chopped: 4

ginger juice: 2 tsp

Garlic paste: 1 tsp

chili powder: 1 tsp

grated jaggery: 1 tbsp

chopped coriander: 1 tbsp

How To Make Crisp Coated Prawns

  1. In order to create the perfect and crispy prawns, prepare the marinade first.
  2. Combine all of the ingredients and mix them well.
  3. Once you’ve mixed them properly, make sure you have the right consistency.
  4. You can use the electronic mixer to gain that consistency.
  5. Now, clean the prawns properly and then coat them with the marinade.
  6. Once you’ve properly coated them, set them aside for 2-3 hours.
  7. Once you’ve gotten eh prawns properly marinated, dust them off with some salt.
  8. The preferred method to cook them is to grill them.
  9. Grill these prawns until you’ve gotten them tender using oil.
  10. Serve them with a complementary side like a tomato sauce or chutney.
