Ingredients

cup of chopped coriander leaves: 3 1/4

green chilies, properly chopped: 3

tablespoon of chopped ginger: 2

pepper corns: 6

cloves of garlic: 6

tablespoon of powdered cinnamon: 1 1/4

tablespoon of salt: 1

tablespoon of lemon juice: 2

How To Make Fish in Green Masala

  1. Prepare all the ingredients and grind them together.
  2. Prepare a plate of plantain leaf and grease it properly. Once the plate has been greased, apply some masala on it, at the centre.
  3. Coat pieces of filleted fish one by one with the masala. Place all pieces of filleted fish over the masala and cover the fish with it.
  4. Wrap the fish inside the leaf and tie the thread properly.
  5. Once the thread has been tied, steam the final product.
  6. Take the leaf with the fish out, and serve hot.
