Removing nasal and chest congestion

  • Mix ¼ cup of apple cider vinegar, add 2 tbsp honey, and ¼ cup of fresh lime juice. Add ½ tsp cayenne pepper, 1 tsp of dried ginger and ½ tsp of turmeric powder and mix them well. Add a pinch of black pepper powder and mix all the ingredients thoroughly. Take 1 tsp of this mixture every day. You can refrigerate it or store it in an insulated jar for use later.
