Sesame seeds Recipe

These are the seeds of the sesame plant which is an annual herb. The seeds are pressed to make sesame oil and the seeds are also used as a condiment. There are two varieties of sesame seeds: white and black. White sesame seeds have a delicate flavor and can be used in all dishes. Black seeds are rich in flavor and aroma.
