Ingredients

cup urad dal – skinned: 1

cup jaggery – grated: 1

cup ghee: 1/2

How To Make Urad Dal Laddu

  1. Fry urad dal till it turns a light brown color and let cool.
  2. Blend roasted urad dal and jaggery into a find powder. Sift the powder and reblend the residue. Repeat the process until all the flour gets sifted through.
  3. Slowly pour hot ghee over the the lentil-and-jaggery mixture.
  4. Mix well. Roll into balls and store in airtight containers.
  5. Enjoy a laddu or two with tea!
