Ingredients

puffed rice: 250 g

g jaggery: 750

cups water: 3 1/2

How To Make Murmura Ladoo

  1. Heat water over a low flame and dissolve jaggery.
  2. Once the jaggery is completely dissolved, increase the heat.
  3. Bring mixture to a boil and cook over full flame.
  4. When a double-string consistency is reached, mix in the puffed rice.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool for a while.
  6. Make round balls.

Note: Moisten the hands if the mixture is too sticky.

  1. Let cool before serving.
