Health Benefits

People who suffer from illnesses like asthma, skin problems (acne), eczema, insomnia, bone weakness or hypertension must drink Rooibos tea on a regular basis. The herbal tea is beneficial in combating all of these illnesses in no time.

Many other kinds of teas are hardly packed with minerals, but Rooibos is the kind of tea which is full of healthy minerals like iron, copper, potassium, calcium, fluoride, manganese, magnesium, zinc and alpha hydroxyl acid.

All of these nutrients provide energy. Thus, having a cup of Rooibos tea early in the morning can brighten you up. More than that, these nutrients keep the hair, skin and nails healthy and strong.

Rooibos tea is also known for its anti-inflammatory properties, which boosts the immune system. A healthy immune system protects the body from common colds, viruses, and the flu.

The nutrient-filled tea not only maintains the immune system but it keeps the digestive system healthy as well. It aids in the regular bowel movement which protects you from stomach cramps, constipation, bloating and abdominal pain.
