dried red chillies: 2
tamarind paste: 1/2 tsp
shredded coconut: 2 tbsp

Jaggery: 1/2 tsp
hing: 1/2 tsp
How To Make Peanut Coconut Chutney
- Dry roast the peanuts and red chillies in a skillet until the color changed to golden.
- Mix the other ingredients together and add to a blender.
- Add the roasted peanuts and chillies to the blender.Add a cup of water to the mixture.
- Get everything blended thoroughly until a smooth texture is obtained.
- Get it chilled and serve immediately
