Ingredients

Peanuts: 2 tsp

dried red chillies: 2

tamarind paste: 1/2 tsp

shredded coconut: 2 tbsp

salt to taste

Jaggery: 1/2 tsp

hing: 1/2 tsp

How To Make Peanut Coconut Chutney

  1. Dry roast the peanuts and red chillies in a skillet until the color changed to golden.
  2. Mix the other ingredients together and add to a blender.
  3. Add the roasted peanuts and chillies to the blender.Add a cup of water to the mixture.
  4. Get everything blended thoroughly until a smooth texture is obtained.
  5. Get it chilled and serve immediately

  1. Jaggery is an unrefined coarse dark brown sugar made by evaporating the sap of palm or date trees or sugarcane juice.
