Oats Rava Bread Toast

The name of this dish, oats rava bread toast, might sound a little intimidating at first. It’s a pretty hefty title after all. But it is actually a very simple dish and exactly what it claims to be, oats, rava, and toast. Rava is just granulated wheat or semolina. Semolina is a great choice for breakfast because it is easy and simple to make. Throw this meal together whenever you’re short on time or lacking energy. You won’t regret it.

Health Benefits

Oatmeal, a type of cereal grain, has been eaten for centuries, partially due to the health benefits it possesses. Oatmeal is also gluten-free, which is not only good for people with celiac disease, but also for reducing inflammation, itchiness, and migraine. Oats are also rich in beta-glucan, a soluble fiber responsible for lowering LDL cholesterol, blood sugar, and insulin levels in the body. This fiber also increases the production of healthy bacteria that aid digestion.
