Ingredients

tbsp roasted semolina: 3

mango: 1

tbsp roasted oats: 2

milk: 1 L

salt to taste

tsp cardamom powder: 1

How To Make Oats Mango Phirni

  1. Blend mango pieces into a puree.
  2. Combine roasted oats & semolina and add 1/2 cup milk. Stir to make a paste and let rest for 20 mins.
  3. Boil remaining milk in a pan. Keep stirring till the milk reduces in volume.
  4. Add oats-rava paste. Stir frequently to avoid any lumps.
  5. Add 1/2 cup sugar and stir well.
  6. Add mango puree and cardamom powder.
  7. Stir well and cook for a minute.
  8. Remove from the heat and let cool.
  9. Enjoy chilled!
