These pancakes are tasty, fluffy and amazing as we combine blueberries, vanilla, and bananas in the oatmeal. You will also need baking powder and yogurt. It takes just 10 minutes to prepare these tasty pancakes. They are free of gluten and rich in protein.

Ingredients

cup gluten free rolled oats: 1/2

baking powder: 1/2 tsp

container (5.3 oz) siggi's blueberry or vanilla bean yogurt: 1

blueberries

vanilla

bananas

How To Make Oatmeal Blueberry Yogurt Pancakes

  1. Put all the ingredients except the blueberries in a blender; blend until smooth.
  2. Ensure the batter is not too thin.
  3. Lightly coat a large non-stick skillet or griddle with butter or cooking spray. Heat over medium flame.
  4. Pour 1/4th cup batter by on the skillet. Add a few blueberries on top. Cook until the bubbles appear.
  5. Flip the pancake until it is golden brown on both sides.
