Each lasagna cupcake has 200 calories, 470 grams of sodium, 12 grams of protein and 8 grams of fat.

Since it is a small portion, it is healthy to take. The 3 types of cheese provide you with calcium while the tomatoes in the pasta sauce provide lycopene. The ground beef has all the fat drained away so you are getting a good amount of protein per serving.

How To Make Lasagna cupcakes

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees C.
  2. Grease the cupcake/muffin tray with cooking spray
  3. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, pour the olive oil and let it heat up for a minute or so.
  4. Add the beef, salt and pepper to the skillet and cook for 7- 10 minutes or until it becomes a medium brown color. Drain away any fat from the beef and set aside.

  7. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella, parmesan and ricotta cheese into all the wonton cups equally.
  8. Then add the beef and pasta sauce.
  9. Top the cups with the remaining cheese.
  10. Make sure the cups don’t overflow.
  11. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes and until you see the edges of the wonton cups browned.
  12. Run a knife around the edges gently to remove from cupcake tray.
  13. Garnish with fresh basil and enjoy!
