Health Benefits

Wheat has maintained a place in a balanced diet for just about the length of human history. Several issues have seen relief after consuming wheat; such as gallstones, obesity, asthenia, and breastfeeding complications. Wheat is rich in mineral salts, potassium, zinc, manganese and many other vital minerals and vitamins. The dietary fiber content of wheat has many benefits as well. From improving your metabolism to lowering your cholesterol, it even prevents your intestines from secreting too much bile acid thus lowering the risk of gallstones.
