Ingredients

juice of lemon: 1

ground cinnamon: 1/4 tsp

honey according to your taste

ginger root (peeled and finely grated): 1 tbsp

boiling water: 3 1/2 cups

a small pinch of turmeric powder

How To Make Ginger Soother

  1. In a teapot, add lemon juice, turmeric, honey to taste, cinnamon powder, and grated ginger root.
  2. Pour boiling water in the teapot over the mixture and stir well to combine it all together.
  3. Immediately cover the pot and let it steep for at least 5 minutes.
  4. Strain the contents out and pour the ginger soother into the mugs.
  5. Enjoy a hot cup of calming ginger soother!
