Ginger Prawns

Ginger Prawns

Ginger prawns are one of the best ways to eat prawns. The ginger just pairs so well with everything that works well with prawns. A little bit of lemon stops the ginger from becoming overpowering and keeps the prawns tasting zesty. Making the marinade is the most difficult part of this recipe; the entire dish depends on seasoning the prawns correctly.  Once you have the marinade down, the frying is simple and easy. Although the recipe calls for frying you can easily prepare the prawns another way like grilling or barbecuing them.

Packing this for lunch? Make sure you carry it in an insulated lunch box or storage container.

There’s always a good reason to eat prawns; they’re delicious, bite sized, and fun to eat. They also have many health benefits which makes them not just good to eat but great to eat. Prawns are an amazing source of selenium, an element that is heavily responsible for reducing cancer in the body. Selenium heightens the effectiveness of antioxidants in the body, which helps to remove cancer causing free radical damage and inflammation. It also fights viruses and defends the heart against disease.
